Ironside Martial Arts has been in operation since September of 2016 in the Riel Business Park. Owned by head instructor Professor Tyson LaRone and his wife Stephanie, our mission is to provide a safe, fun, and inclusive environment to learn martial arts. We offer classes for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Kickboxing as well as our Kids Self-Defense class for ages 5-7. Whether you join for fitness, fun, competition, or to learn proven practical self-defense skills, Ironside has a place for you!
